A Single Malt with a rich character full of aromas of citrus, dried fruit and wood smoke. The 25 Year Old Macallan is part of the distillery's Sherry Oak range. This range includes a series of Single Malts aged exclusively in old oak barrels from Jerez.

Erik has captured the flavour notes of the whisky; the warming, amber hues in the still life are a nod to the subtle notes on the nose of sultanas, orange and ground cinnamon. Key flavours of stem ginger, soaked raisins, sticky dates and dark chocolate depicted in this still life.

An extremely well balanced single malt aged in both European Oak casks and Sherry seasoned American Oak. This whiskey is sweet, warm with plenty of vanilla, butterscotch and citrus not to mention the quintessential subtle spice of Macallan.

A Highland single malt Scotch whisky known for its rich and complex flavor profile, specifically designed to complement a fine cigar. It is matured in a combination of American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, Cabernet Sauvignon barriques, and 30-year-old Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks. This unique maturation process results in a whisky with notes of cinnamon, vanilla, red fruits, tropical fruits, banana toffee, vanilla ice cream, orange zest, dark chocolate, and crushed spices.

Is smooth, rich and well rounded; the epitome of Dalmore's home style. It is delicate and affordable, matured for 12 years in ex-bourbon white oak casks. The Dalmore 15 matured in three different sherry woods; Amoroso, Apostoles and Methuselah oloroso for another three years.

This no-age-statement version was released in 2016 as a permanent product that truly captures the authentic style of Yoichi malts, when all age-statements were discontinued. Vatting various different malt whiskies together, this bottling expresses a delicate balance between peaty, smoky and fruity aromas.

Old Tawny Port is a fortified wine from the Douro region of Portugal, produced by the Sandeman winery. It's known for its rich, elegant flavors of dried apricots, honey, nuts, and spices, resulting from aging in oak barrels for two decades. The wine is produced using the traditional Port wine method, with hand-picked grapes undergoing fermentation and maceration with skin contact to extract the best components. The addition of wine alcohol at the ideal moment balances the wine's body and bouquet.

Opaque violet colour. Fresh and intense aromas of raspberries and blackberries with a floral touch. Good volume in the mouth, very elegant.

Grapes: 90% Tempranillo, 5% Garciano, 2% Garnacha and 3% Viura.

A Fallon & Byrne exclusive, this is the second edition of Marqués de Tomares Cohiba partnership and the first to be sold in Ireland. The collaboration comes from a wish to celebrate the affinities in these two rarefied worlds. Both the wine and the cigar start with the highest quality raw ingredients and involve a double fermentation, expert care in production and a deep respect for the time it takes for each one to reach their full potential.

This special edition wine comes with a 24-carat gold label. Undoubtedly a collector’s item! Tempranillo is the main varietal in this wine with only a dash of Mazuelo added. (Carignan) The wine was fermented in stainless steel then aged for 18 months in French oak barrels and a further 18 months in bottle. Notes of black fruit stand out on the nose complemented by vanilla, chocolate, and a mineral background. Wonderfully clean and bright with an impressive intensity on the palate.

Is a highly regarded red wine from the Alentejo region of Portugal, produced by the Fundação Eugénio de Almeida. It's known for being full-bodied, complex, and elegant. The wine is made from Trincadeira and Aragonez grapes, aged in French oak barrels for 18 months, and then further aged in the cellars of the Cartuxa Monastery.
